Seattle Counseling

I provide counseling in Seattle for individuals, couples, families and groups, offering traditional talk therapy and Lifespan Integration. When I first meet with clients we talk about what is going on in their lives.

  • What do they love?
  • What is working well and what is not?
  • What do they want to see shift, or change.

In these conversations people have described feelings of being trapped, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads, uncertain of what steps they might take to ease their pain or discomfort. Making the decision to seek therapy is a reflection of your inner strength, hope, and courage, and sayng yes to living the life you want. In our work together we will explore your dreams, build on your strengths, and tailor our work to choose the right path towards your goals.

Lifespan Integration

Lifespan Integration is a new technique developed by Peggy Pace which promotes rapid healing in adults who have experienced trauma, abuse and/or neglect during childhood. It is a gentle healing method that works at the neural level to bring out change that creates balance, enjoyment of life and relationships, and a stronger more solid core sense of self. Therapy is a creative and collaborative journey; conversations intended to generate balance, healing and a renewal of joy in life’s everyday moments. My approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic models, interwoven with an eye to the systemic and developmental needs of my clients. My therapeutic style is compassionate and intuitive, supportive and nonjudgmental. I believe we each carry within us, an innate wisdom, our personal resource that guides us toward health and fulfilling our life’s purpose.

We are living and creating our life in each breath we take,
and each step and encounter we make.
